Lease conditions:
1) Any offer is conditional on a credit check, criminal check, proof of employment, and reference check, to the satisfaction of the owner; 2) The renter must provide proof of tenant insurance/civil liability (1 Million) before receiving the keys; 3) No short-term rental, no sublets allowed; 4) The property can not be painted; 5) Non-smoker, no growing of cannabis plants; 6) In the event that a key is lost, the tenant will have to pay the costs necessary to change the keys. 7)Pets to be approved; 8) Landscaping is included in the lease. 9) Any necessary repairs or replacements, caused by the tenant, other than normal wear and tear, will have to be paid by the tenant 10) An annex to the lease shall be signed by any potential tenant.
